Who is Dr. Sam?

Dr. Samantha Chenkin is a dual-licensed Chiropractor (CA & FL) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a Master’s in Sports Science & Rehabilitation. She has advanced training in Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) and years of experience bridging the gap between clinical rehab and high-performance training.

Do I need to be injured to work with you?

Not at all! While we specialize in rehabilitation and pain management, many of our clients are healthy individuals who want to build resilience, improve their posture, and prevent future injuries. We work with busy professionals, active adults over 35, and athletes looking to optimize their performance.

This is a complimentary, no-obligation video call where we discuss your history, current struggles, and goals. It gives us a chance to see if we’re a good fit for each other and allows Dr. Sam to provide initial recommendations on which program would best serve your needs.

Can I work with you virtually?

Yes! Pivot 2 Health is a premier National Virtual Concierge Platform. We serve clients nationwide through our secure telehealth portal. Our virtual coaching is incredibly detailed, with video analysis, real-time feedback, and custom programming delivered right to your phone.

What if I have multiple issues?

That is exactly why our comprehensive approach works best. We don’t isolate body parts; we look at how your entire kinetic chain functions. Whether you have back pain, shoulder issues, and want to lose weight, our holistic programming addresses all these factors simultaneously.

How long does a typical program last?

We offer VIP 1-on-1 coaching packages in 8, 12, and 20-week commitments. We find that 8 weeks is the minimum time needed to see significant physiological adaptation, while 12-20 weeks allows for true lifestyle transformation and habit solidification.

What equipment do I need?

We design your program based on what you have available. While access to a gym is great, many of our clients get amazing results with just a few bands, dumbbells, and their own body weight at home. We can also make recommendations for affordable home equipment if needed.
